A letter to our stakeholders

Greetings,

We are thrilled to address with a new name and an expanded reach!  United Way of Elkhart & LaGrange Counties and United Way of Noble County have merged to form Crossroads United Way, serving Elkhart, LaGrange & Noble Counties.

Our mission remains unchanged: to fight for the health, education, and financial stability of every person in our communities.  Thanks to your support, we are in a stronger position than ever to fulfill that mission.

We recognize that the issues facing our communities, the commerce of our businesses, and the lives of our donors, volunteers, and those that we serve do not start or stop at county borders.  Our new alliance will allow us to build a stronger network, better address regional needs, and mobilize greater human and financial resources across all three counties.

The important work of aligning our goals, restructuring our Board of Directors with strong representation from each of our communities, and expanding our impact has begun.  As we look ahead in 2021, we see a stronger United Way better able to address the needs of working families at a time when our communities need us more than ever.

This is truly an exciting time of growth and opportunity for our organization.  Our loyal donors, advocates, and volunteers have made it possible.  We are deeply grateful for your continued support and partnership.

Thank you!

Bill Rieth,
President/CEO

Debi Pfaffenberger,
Noble County Coordinator
