Eligibility Criteria:
- Programs/events must align with United Way’s focus areas: Youth Opportunity, Financial Security, Healthy Community, and Community Resiliency.
- Agencies must be non-profit organizations serving Elkhart, LaGrange, Noble, and Steuben counties.
- Sponsorship requests should demonstrate community impact and measurable outcomes.
Application Process
Step 1: Review eligibility guidelines
Step 2: Complete the online sponsorship request form
Step 3: Submit supporting documents (program details, budget, impact metrics)
Step 4: Await review and notification from Crossroads United Way
