Grace Caswell currently leads Visit Noble County, serving as its Executive Director (CEO) since February 2022. In this role, she works to promote tourism, connect regional partners, and highlight the natural assets and attractions that make Noble County a unique destination.
As Secretary of the Crossroads United Way board, Grace brings her strong organizational skills, community insight, and commitment to collaboration to help guide the organization’s work across Elkhart, LaGrange, Noble, and Steuben counties.
With a passion for regional development and neighbor-to-neighbor engagement, she champions cross-sector partnerships, creative growth strategies, and community resilience — always seeking ways to lift up the places and people she serves.
